What Our Clients Say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I have had fantastic success with Larry Greenberg over the last decade. He is very reachable, locally well-connected and known, and actually litigates creatively rather than simply re-stating facts as I had experienced previously with different counsel. Larry is also genuinely concerned with arriving at the best possible results for his clients. I would not go anywhere else.”

Common Reasons Your Maryland Driver’s License May Be Suspended
DUI/DWI
You can lose your driver’s license for DUI/DWI and refusing a Breathalyzer test.
After a DUI/DWI arrest, there is a 10-day deadline to request an MVA/OAH hearing to restore your driving privileges. Missing this deadline may result in an automatic license suspension.
Do not try to represent yourself at these hearings.
We can argue for reduced penalties as well as for a hardship license with limited driving privileges. When necessary, we can help you obtain a hardship license by utilizing the Ignition Interlock program.
Points and Traffic Violations
You can get points on your driver’s license for traffic violations such as speeding or reckless driving. If you accumulate eight points from traffic violations, your license may be suspended. If you accumulate 12 points, the state may revoke your license.
Administrative Suspensions and Reinstatement
The state can also suspend your license for administrative reasons, including failure to maintain car insurance, failure to pay a traffic ticket, failure to pay child support or failure to pay other court-ordered fines/fees.
Resolving the underlying charge may restore your driver’s license in these situations. Please speak with us to learn about your specific case.
