Melvin Siegel Lawyer

On August 25, 2016, Melvin Siegel, lawyer well-known throughout Baltimore, MD, passed away after a long-fought battle with cancer. He continued his fight the same way he fought for his clients for over 50 years. His clients became his family. And because Melvin Siegel believed so much in family, he requested that our law firm carry on his values and traditions. We’ve known Melvin Siegel, lawyer and friend, for almost 40 years. Melvin’s son, Allan, and Larry Greenberg grew up together, both interested in becoming lawyers like their fathers.  Each pursued that goal and now run successful practices in Maryland and Washington, D.C..

In carrying out Mel’s wishes, on October 10, 2016, Melvin’s practice merged with the Greenberg Law Office. We were extremely happy that Mel’s longtime trusted assistants, Michelle and Shareise, joined our law firm which helped with a smooth transition and provided Melvin’s former clients with the continuity they deserved while we took over their legal cases.

The Greenberg Law Office was started by Henry Greenberg, over 50 years ago, and he still provides his experience to all. Our firm is truly a family practice. Henry’s son, Larry, is the Managing Partner and works side-by-side with his father to ensure justice is accomplished for their clients. Lana Greenberg, Henry’s wife, is the office manager and Michele Greenberg, Larry’s wife, is an office administrator. In addition to blood relatives, we have two associates, Toni Holcomb, who has been with our firm for over 30 years, and Matt Rogers, who left the Office of the Public Defender to join our firm in 2017.  All of the attorneys work together and share their experiences to help protect future client’s interests. Along with other office staff, we look forward to becoming your family’s law firm.
