The family of a New Jersey man who was struck and killed by a Maryland State Police vehicle in 2017 filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday alleging negligence and wrongful death. Thomas Lawlor, 57, was in Ocean City for the Endless Summer Cruisin’ event in October 2017 when he was hit while crossing Coastal Highway near 76th Street.
